"Beautiful facility. We experienced a constant strong sewer gas smell on the 3rd floor hallway by our room and the elevators were not working properly causing lots of anxiety. Otherwise it was a great location and our room was wonderful. The special room coffee was a great addition and delicious. "

"A great place to stay in Banff. Rooms are large and very clean. Lobby is a fun vibe and the smores during happy hour were awesome! Loved the courtyard area too; fabulous way to unwind at the end of the day."

"Overall great stay! Breakfast is better than average with great fresh fruit. Would love individual yogurt but happy with offerings. Pool is awesome but slightly cooler than last year. Very convenient to Banff. We will be back"
