“Fantastic hotel in a great convenient location. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for 2 the bathroom was the only thing that let the room down as it was very tight and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. The breakfast options were great. The room was very quiet, there was car parking behind the hotel which was for guest only. Overall a great property I would highly recommend.”

“Very good location!!! That’s it!!! COLD water shower!!! If you like cold water shower it would be ok, but I hate cold water even thought it is summer time. Shower head was broken, water came out only half cause of that, also leaking water all over the place. Next day they replaced new one. Also for cold water, hotel lady said someone may using too much water at same time, but I don’t think so. I took a shower very later night. She said she will turn on more hot water. Maybe she can go water...

“Avoid this hotel. Our stay at Lagada Beach Hotel was a nightmare. Upon arrival, the first room we were assigned was filthy. There was visible dirt and dust, hair and sand left in the shower, stained bedding, and a stained mattress. After complaining, we were moved to a second room. When we pulled back the bedding in the second room to go to sleep, we found a dead insect in the bed. We immediately contacted the hotel again and requested a refund. “2 stars because it was an Okay location - actually 20 minute walk to the port and 20 to the section of beach where you can swim - not ten as described. Place was clean but there is a very bad mould smell coming from behind the kitchen cutlery drawer. Sheets only on one bed - we booked for two people - they did bring more sheets after we called. Only give you one roll of toilet paper so use sparingly. Breakfast was generous but nothing great and not as pictured. Same thing everyday for...
