We stayed here for one night. The hotel only has 3 suites. The room was incredibly well appointed, modern, and spotless. The room has a little private patio with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the harbor and sea. There is a ladder access to the sea which is convenient and a small spa on a balcony above the sea. The staff was very nice (even with limited English) and most helpful to organize transfers. Breakfast was served on the terrace and delicious.

This place was perfect to end our trip! we loved how private it was and the views were stunning! Very close to town so it didn't feel out of the way! They have bikes on the property and it was easy enough to ride into town. We had Breakfast every morning on our own patio and all very good with amazing staff that was very accommodating. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

An absolute gem of a property. Amazing views, attentive and friendly service. Modern and spacious suites with wonderful deck outside. A tranquil oasis away from the buzz of Polignano town centre.

Extremely friendly staff but could be a little more present with offering drinks and food by pool deck and information offering nearby activities. Food and beverage fantastic and away from the crowds. Can’t fault it and would love to come back one day

Spectacular setting with beautiful outdoor oceanside terrace and bar! This is the main reason for positive rating despite problems listed below. Several shortcomings with the rooms. AC did not work and was not repaired despite bringing this to management twice during our stay. We had to leave windows open and woke up each morning with mosquito bites. Room layout is odd, with the shower and sink next to the bed and separate smaller room for toilet. No exhaust fan in room/bathroom. Problems with non-functioning room lighting. No prices on in-room wine bottles for minibar. Obviously, you'd like to know before opening a bottle. This is a B & B with limited staff on site presence. Also, staff had surprisingly limited English language skills. Staff however was friendly and pleasant. Seems to be family run. Staff lacks hospitality training and language skills that one would expect at this price point or what one would routinely experience at a quality hotel.
