I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Suite 10 in Polignano a Mare. The place is very cozy, beautiful, and extremely clean. The atmosphere made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived. What really made the experience special was the staff. They were excellent, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Marilu and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were taken care of quickly and kindly. Their customer service was truly outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Polignano a Mare. I would definitely stay here again!

It is located very close to the city center which makes it convenient to walk to and from the hotel anytime. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Erico who gave us very good information where to eat, what to do and when. Their breakfast buffet was also delicious. The one bedroom suite itself is very spacious. The bed and the shower area are clean. However there seems to be a breakdown in the maintenance of the property. The modern light switches do not work. Its to control the AC. And the sofa which we saw first when we entered is in disaray and had body fluid stains. The chair inside the bedroom also had body fluid stains. They did remove the covers to wash it after I informed them but were never put back on until we checked out. I would recommend their hotel but they seriously need to focus on the maintenance and upkeep of the property.

Very modern, comfortable accommodations. Suites new but need more lighting. Close to main avenues. Walkable. Far from train station, walk is challenging with suitcases. Aside from breakfast, reception is unavailable. Taxis are difficult to obtain. Make arrangements for transport independently and early. Give ample time to walk to ports where water tours depart. More than an hour of walking. Doable, but need sufficient time. Use trains and buses to reach other towns. Taxis are few and very expensive! Use train back and forth to airport at a fraction of the cost.

El hotel hotel en realidad era un departamento tipo Airbus. No había agua caliente y la presión de la ducha era muy muy baja. Te ofrecían ir a bañarte a unas duchas que tenían abajo en el primer piso. Algo inaceptable que uno se bañe fuera de su habitación. La habitación estaba muy sucia, con bichos y hormigas por todos lados. Fui dos noches y al menos pedí el reembolso de una noche pero se negaron. Fue realmente desastrosa la experiencia.

Excelente hotel!! Súper ubicado, personal muy pero muy amable y nuestro departamento increíble!! Limpio, moderno, muy amplio, cada habitación con un balcón, el baño súper grande y cómodo. Perfecto lugar para una de las ciudades más hermosas de Italia y para una estancia larga. La relación calidad- precio excelente. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y volvería sin duda!!
