It is close to the waterfront and a 5 minute walk to town. Great location! The property was very clean and the host was extremely nice and recommended places to go and things to do.

Great stay

The room was clean and modern with a great bathroom and small balcony. Good to dry clothes on the line. The location is good; just outside the old town. Easy and plentiful street parking. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the family suite. The room was modern, bright and airy. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and walking along the promenade, to the quaint historic area of town. Roseanna met us for check-in and provided us with helpful information related to the area. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in the ocean view room and we’re not disappointed. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a great view out over the ocean. Rosanna, was incredibly friendly and accommodating for the stay, offering recommendations for places to eat and visit while in Polignano. Beautiful room in a beautiful town and we did not want to leave!

Rosanna was very accomodating and helpful throughout our stay! She had suggestions for hire car companies and a document with details of all kinds of different cuisines, laundry, supermarkets, pharmacies and emergency contacts. She even supplied many snacks and drinks for us to have. The view we had was great and the room was very clean. We stayed with our 10mth old baby and would definitely stay again.

Rosanna was an incredible host. Kind and available. The location was just outside the Historico Center but such an easy walk and closer to the less busy beach area. Ask her about the bathing pools. Accommodations were clean and comfortable.

The room itself is very clean. However this facility is an old apartment turned into a hotel type facility that rents out individual rooms. Check in process was easy and clean. I asked the owner to put some pictures of the outside so that customers can make a more informed decision.

Great location within walking to city center. View of the sea and walking path. Very clean. Rosana provided very helpful information with dining options and referred us to wonderful restaurants. She also helped with a problem we had with our rental car. We would return here if we plan another trip to this great city.

Lovely stay. Quiet street close to the sea, with a view. Room is better than the pictures online. Host was so gracious and attentive, helpful with suggestions that were great. She did extra to make my stay more enjoyable. Room was very clean and comfortable with lovely new upgrades. Teapot is available upon request. Lots of street parking and the lovely historical area is only 11 minute walk. This is a true residential area that was clean and well kept. Highly enjoyed this property and the town too! Take the boat ride to see the caves first, eat at San Vito, then go walk the town.
