"I was surprised how nice this place was. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but we checked it out and it seems very nice. The airport shuttle was a little confusing and slow to arrive but I’m grateful it exists. You can walk from the airport to the hotel in less than 20 mins if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. "

"Lovely hotel but busy with families with kids, the storms impacted our use of the outdoor facilities in the hotel so only got to swim once . We had a classic king room on the 7th floor in the first building and could see Waikiki beach from the balcony which was nice. Negatives about the room would be rubbish trucks emptying the bins at 4:30 am, construction across the road and the bathroom needs an extractor fan as the bathroom steamed up and hallway carpet felt damp . We did get bitten in bed from something so asked the Cleaning staff to spray our bed on the second to last night. Overall it was good, convenient to walk to the shops, lovely aquarium in the hotel lobby bar and ABC store on the ground floor. "

"The hotel was well located just across the road from the beach. We had a lovely ocean view room on the 24th floor. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful - just one lady on reception who wasn’t helpful unfortunately but the rest of the staff were amazing. The room we had was very noisy - being ocean view and on the main street side meant you could hear all the street noise, loud cars etc. They make the BEST pina coladas at the Splash Bar!"
