The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"This is a wonderful place to stay while in Volterra, very ** sweet place. The breakfast was by far the best one so far for us from Rome, Florence to Volterra! They also have a very nice cafe/bar up on the roof. 5* for sure!"

"This place is a bit further out from Pisa, but we still had a really nice stay and made the most of it. It’s great value for money, which was a big plus. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but honestly, the staff more than made up for it—they were super friendly and welcoming the whole time. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really tasty food that we enjoyed a lot. It’s a good spot if you’ve got a car and want to explore the nearby villages and surrounding area."

"We stayed one night during our trip. Check in was seamless and staff was helpful. The place is huge, facilities are ok but it was clean. You’re in the middle of nowhere so it’s easier to dine in, that being said, dinner is a set price without drinks, it was not the greatest even though they had a couple of options in the menu. It’s very convenient if you have to stay in the area, otherwise there are better options somewhere else. We skipped breakfast so not sure if it’s good or not."
