"Clean,quiet and safe area. Good restaurant with reasonable price. Walkable to main Street, Kep market and ferries port where you can go to many islands like Rabbit island extra. I wish the residents around the areas help keep the streets clean and don't let their cows or dogs poop on the streets. "

Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more regularly perhaps. "
