"Breakfast was good apart from the lack of eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. Strange there were no tea making facilities, plenty of coffee options but no tea. Dinner was very good if a little pricey. Parking was very easy"

"From the airport transfer which was particularly difficult after landing to the superb reception staff service this was a lovely one night stay close to Charleroi airport. It may be basic but rooms are clean and warm , beds are comfy and the pillows outstanding , leading to a fabulous nights sleep. We didn’t do breakfast however the restaurant and bar looked lovely. Little seating areas around reception . Everywhere looked very clean and well kept. Would stay again if using this airport. I would stay the receptionist who welcomed us and checked us out in the morning couldn’t have done more and is well informed , helped with onward travel advise. Bus stop right outside the hotel for easy transport to rail or Brussels Centre "

We were celebrating my son's birthday during our trip, and she made it a point to make the occasion extra special for him. ​Beyond the service, the facilities were impeccable. Our room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. It is rare to find a hotel room that truly has everything you could possibly need, but they nailed it here. It was comfortable, clean, and huge, perfect for a family. ​The breakfast was also a highlight, featuring fresh options that we looked forward to every day. ​If you are looking for a place that combines luxury comfort with heartwarming hospitality, look no further. "Great location! Central to shops. Room & bed was huge. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Room needed a few updates but generally very clean. The bed had 2 single type duvets instead of 1 big one which was fine, however I do think the covers need to be slightly bigger but that would be my only call out. Overall great stay and would stay here again "
