"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! "Ibis Hotel Millau Bridge Staff brilliant and check in was available at 2:30pm on arrival. The male member of reception staff assisted my friend who had a problem with his motorcycle by recommending a nearby motorcycle repair shop that fixed his problem. Clean and comfortable room and a very nice breakfast. It would have been nice if we had been informed of the pool closure before our arrival. Well done Ibis Millau Viaduct "
