Badly managed and not cleaned

The location of the hotel is amazing however during our stay we have some major issues. There were plenty of bedbugs in the room which I managed to kill 5 of them but still have spots on my skin from the bugs. WIFI inside my room did not work. They had WIFI in the outdoor area so I have to go out to use the WIFI so it was really inconvenience. Breakfast was really really basic. In the first morning, there were 2 slices of cake which my wife and I managed to grab but that left the next couple literally with nothing and the hotel staff did not replace this for the next couple of morning either.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Es war wirklich wunderbar. Für uns als Familie perfekt. In 10 Minuten auf der Autobahn. In ca.45 Minuten in Pisa oder Florenz. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Sauberer Pool
