"Clean room, and great staff.
Wonderful pool area.
The location is great, a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. However it is loud at night. I used ear plugs and white noise and was able to sleep, however during on peak months I can imagine it is very loud, but perfect hotel if you do want to go out and enjoy the night life

"There were pros and cons to our experience at this hotel. Check in was seamless. Even though there was construction on the property, the staff parked our car and brought the luggage to our room.
The property is beautiful and we had a great view overlooking the ocean. There is easy access to the beach and it is definitely worth your while to see the cliffs and walk along the beach.
The room is very nice and clean.
The cons were; when we went to the bar for a drink, and we were the only ones there, we were enjoying our glass of wine and watching and listening to music videos when the bartender abruptly changed the channel and started watching a movie.
Secondly, our check in amenities included the spa, however, it was actually limited spa access. The indoor pool, dry sauna and steam sauna was an upcharge (called the aqua zone). We did pay the upcharge but when we entered the aqua zone, being the only ones there, there were used towels on the loungers, the water urns were empty and we had to go to another room to bring back clean towels to lie on.
Later that day we went to the buffet and we were greeted by a lady who was very excited to show us the buffet. We weren’t that hungry, but we thought, how much can a buffet be. Well, we found out later that the buffet was $48.00 euro per person and it was what I would describe as being “okay”. We completely felt that it was a gotcha moment.
Staff said we should have been informed. etc., etc. etc!!! "
"The location was spectacular and the staff were very friendly and helpful arranging my taxi for the following day to the airport. We also had dinner on the rooftop with live music. The food was delicious and the performance was top notch. We also loved how we could walk everywhere and not worry about driving. "
"This was our third visit. Good location and close to everything. Trip slightly spoiled as the usual hotel policy had been a free bottle of wine, left in the room for stays lasting four nights or more. Since we stayed for five nights we had thought a bottle might be waiting. When we checked out we queried whether the this was no longer the case. Reception informed us that we should have received a bottle. They then had an extended phone conversation with house keeping. And said as we booked with Expedia- no bottle. I needed to get to the airport and didn't have time to challenge. However we won't be staying here again."
"The staff were all very approachable and helpful. The whole site is very clean. The beach is just outside in front, which is super. The complimentary drinks in Real Bar were also nice. There are some not so great aspects, such as limited selections for breakfast (but considering we went during the low season, it's more or less ok with us), and simply no wifi connection at all beyond the hall way in our room. The latter bit is a bit unacceptable and disappointing for a five star resort."
