“Excellent location in Pontedera. Only a five minutes walk to the city centre, the railway station, and the autobus terminal. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom facilities. There was a wide range of food choices for breakfast with hot and cold drinks readily available. The front desk was not manned at all times; but guests are provided with a key to open the entrance doors if they are locked at night.”

“We stayed at the deluxe apartment and although it was pretty that was about it. The AC was broken and when I called, they told me there were no ACs in the apartment even though we could see the units installed, and we should just open the windows. This was obviously inconvenient being that we were in the town center so it got very noisy at night and the streets often smelled like sewage. The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent.”

“Nice place, very nice room and location. I found the room was nice aswell as the bed. Installations a bit old, it was hard to charge the phone except in the bathroom. Both the restaurant and the enoteca were closed because it was low season, but I had chosen this resort because it had a restaurant. Amazing view. I did not try the pool as it was closed. ”
