"The only complaint that we had was the elevators; during our 4 days stay one of the elevator was out of service completely so everyone stayed on left wing was fighting for lift, it was small and slow (going up/down 30+ floors). We wont stay there again."

"Had a 3 night break here. Excellantly placed for visisting the Eiffal tower,just a short walk away. Metro station right on door step connecting rest if paris. Rooms eere clean and tidy and housekeeping daily. Bar was nice and bar staff excellant."

"Location was perfect. All the staff were incredibly helpful. From the receptionist to the security guards to the luggage team who booked our taxis. Really did make the stay smooth. Nothing was ever an issue to our questions. General hotel was very clean. Lots of still or sparkling water available ..."
