Nous avons réservé et payé deux chambres pour deux nuits. À l'arrivée un énorme chien nous a sauté dessus. Les personnes qui m'accompagnaient étaient effrayées et n'ont pas voulu rester. Nous sommes partis et avons du payer un autre hôtel. Impossible de se faire rembourser. Je suis très mécontent.
