“The room was clean and well stocked we needed extra towels and they were happy to provide. The spa bath was great in the bathroom so nice a quiet for others to watch TV in the other room. Room was quite spacious could have done with a 2 setter couch. Overall was a nice place to stay.”

“Tanya and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The motel unit and facilities were in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this motel and would gladly return here on my next visit to Napier.”

“After having stayed at East Pier many times I was disappointed with the fact in order to view even free to air TV, one needed to know one’s logins and also for other platforms. The enjoyment of coming home after a night out, the part of climbing into bed and switching on the TV is now not an option without logging in. We also had to pay to watch Supercars and the All Blacks. Concerning also, was to see someone’s email address at the login. Privacy issues I would imagine.”

“Amazing location with view”

“Clean, cold room in the shade..”

“It was very comfortable and good privacy”

“Stated rooms were soundproof but weren’t. Not very clean at all. Toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. Dusty floor behind toilet door - not vacuumed in a long time. Skylight was mouldy. Skirting boards were filthy. Even the facecloths were stained.”
