“The room had a leak through the floor. It smelled like mildew, and sewage on the second day. We were NOT offered another room but was told by maintenance that he would be by the next day to check on it. That did NOT happen. The only time they came by after being alerted of this was upon check out. The rug in the room was drenched so much that it was white on the bottom and the floor was discolored.
