The room itself was clean and had everything needed. The stay would have been perfect apart from one thing that I still don't understand. It states in the room brochure the pool closes at 9:30pm. My partner and I were walking to the pool around 8 and got stopped by a lady who worked there, she was folding towels in the nearby storage area, and she said the pool was shut. I said to her, but it closes at 9:30? To which she replied yes it normally closes at that time but today we are closing earlier. Still makes absolutely no sense to me, how are guests supposed to know you are closing earlier (what does that even mean, considering there is no lifeguard anyway?) This meant we lost an evening of swimming which is the main reason we chose to stay at this property for our stay. For the pool. Apart from this it was perfect and we would come back but would be clarifying everyday what day the pool closes to not be caught out.

I love the Oasis , the reception ladies are amazing! Always makes it easier for me to work from the oasis . When I need to come to port Augusta for my participants! The rooms I’ve been in are always spotless ! Never have issues with anything ! It’s like moving my house back and forth , that’s how comfortable they make it for us

Close to Woolworths with well equipped and s rooms

This property is surrounded by a security fence which give the feeling of being safe in a not so good area. Rooms are well equipped including washing machine and dryer. We had issue with no hot water and TV mot working but that was handled well by the staff resulting in them helping us move in the rain to an upgraded room on the waterfront. Would choose this property again.
