"This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The food was the best we have ever had in any hotel. The pools and pool beds were amazing, with a choice of a quiet pool and the music one with its own DJ. But what for me makes it the best was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, from the reception, to the restaurant staff, to the bar and pool staff. They made as feel special from day one. The service compared to the best cruises without the sway of the waves! We will certainly repeat and recommend this hotel to family and friends!"

Food - Amazing, Staff - Awesome, Entertainment - Brilliant, Beach - Fantastic, Surrounding area - Walkable, safe and clean, Location - Perfect. The hotel itself is super family-friendly with entertainment and activities for all ages. From kids’ programs to evening shows and wellness options for adults, there’s always something to do. The food was excellent — fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal. What truly stood out was the staff — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really made us feel at home. Parking was also a breeze, with plenty of spaces available, which made getting around the island even easier. "Vi reste med små barn. All personal var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Maten var bra, ren rum, bra läge, nära till Alcudia Old Town och nära till stranden. Endast negativ som jag skulle säga var att lekplatsen var inte anpassad för små barn och de hade bara nagea grejer men mitt emot hotellet fanns en lokal lekplats som var bra. "
