"L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5."

"Great little hotel right on the waterfront with direct beach access and a private patio for guests to use. Pool and playground were appreciated as alternatives to beach and ocean. Walking to breakfast two hotels away was not inconvenient. "From the moment we arrived at this hotel we were welcomed by some wonderful staff. The hotel entrance and reception was extremely clean. The welcome drink was a wonderful extra. We stayed in a hot tub suite which was amazing and had great views of one of the pools.. during the stay we were regularly given pool towels, beach towels and new room towels if you needed it the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing with plenty of choices healthy options and really fresh. The seating around the hotel and during the evening entertainment was plenty never fighting for a seat either at the side of the pool or during the evening the drinks options were lovely.. it would’ve been great if we could’ve paid cash for some of the drinks particularly by the pool. It was great to have local amenities close by to the hotel, including shops, other restaurants and the beach. This is my second stay here and again would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a peaceful escape, in a luxury hotel where all staff treat everyone the same. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday."

"The property is crisp and new - Leily at the front desk held dinner for us when we were late arriving, very helpful. We had the breakfast and dinner package, we were surprised by the quality of the food and variety. Everyday meals were excellent, way to go Chef. Excellent cleaning staff."

"We recently stayed at Hotel Condesa for our mini moon and it was so good! The main pull for us was the proximity to the beach and this really was amazing. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was amazing! So much choice it was unreal! The hotel is so clean and the staff all so helpful and friendly. We would stay again!"

"The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained, especially compared to other accommodations we were considering before our trip. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, with the breakfast team providing particularly attentive service each morning. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. One detail that stood out was how the hotel handled our request for a room on a higher floor. Although one was not available upon arrival, the staff later contacted us and proactively arranged a room change as soon as one became available. We truly appreciated their effort and commitment to guest satisfaction. When we return to Mallorca, we will definitely consider staying at Marítimo again. Highly recommended!"
