“I didn't get my room the first night and had to book into another hotel , because the phone number to reception where I was staying was wrong. It was for their sister hotel. This is the number supplied by Expedia email. The next day I went to check in being 500 euros out of pocket. They couldn't locate my house key as someone else had taken it. “The property was like a French estate from yesteryear. Our room was huge (two bedrooms, actually) with a large, updated bathroom. The grounds were magnificent and immaculately maintained. Our hosts were fun and helpful and made our stay a pleasure. The included breakfast was well-done. If you want a quiet, but centrally located property, I can suggest this location. The only difficulty we had was a problem with the WiFi, but the other guests did not, so who knows?”

“Really beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The bathrooms are large. The restaurant on site is wonderful for a special dinner. The breakfast was very nice with many traditional French options including local cheese. I didn’t use the pool, but it was very nice. The spa has 2 nice jacuzzi’s that are large. Everything was well maintained.”

“Fabulous chateau!!!! The staff was so helpful. They were able to get me a driver for the following day to take us all over...perfect way to get around and see all the WWII museum, beaches, cemetery, etc. The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner there also and it was outstanding. I will be coming back and will be sending my friends there to stay. IT's a winner!!!!!!”
