"The property wasn’t in the placeI it stated caravan Park.Atlantic Bays holiday Park . The post code we ended up in a farm. Not happy. Eventually after a1.30 hours we got to the above place. There was no information which lodge .The lodge itself was grotty needs to be updated wall in bedrooms need to be bit higher. I got a cold it was damp bit tight for family "

"This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). "Facilities were excellent as were the staff,the room was great and the housekeeping staff did a terrific job servicing the room whilst i was there. I was made to feel welcome - which was great being a solo traveller. I had an amazing experience with an oula massage and my thanks to the therapist. Only issue i had was with the food sevice in the bar area, my order was forgotten and i waited rather a long time for it to arrive, others recieving theirs despite arriving after mine was placed."

"Had a lovely 2 night stay at The Beresford Hotel. My daughter and I shared a sea view twin room with ensuite. On arrival it looks quite run down and parking isnt great and is limited, however if you get a space they print a sign stating your name and reg number for £5 per night. This ensures you a parking space. We had an Assistance Dog and a retired Assistance Dog, who is now old and nothing was too much trouble and thevwere made to feel welcome, along with us. The beds were comfortable and the room was well equipped, personally the small table and chairs were brilliant for me as I like to write. The bathroom was clean and had all you needed. The seaview was amazing and the cost of thr room was fantastic. We will be returning again soon. Thank you. "
