"Yes, everything was great but some things wasn’t clean clean. It was just like they forgot to dust and the dishes wasn’t as clean but it was a nice stay and the staff was amazing!"

"Room smelled like dogs. Door to pool would not work to get back into hotel. Swimming pool was filthy dirty with algae. Breakfast was subpar, no fruit at all. Facility wasn’t clean especially bathroom door was dirty. Linens were clean and beds were fine, but that is the only positive with our stay."

"The one redeemable fact is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we checked in, it seemed like it was going to be nice. Then everything needed or wanted in the room was not available. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee packets or cream, sugar, etc. There was a phone to the front desk, but it had no dial tone and was unusable. There was a TV with a very unusual/complicated system to get "into" it, and there were no directions/instructions as to how to operate it. There was a bathtub that looked very good, and I was very exhausted after all the traveling and looking forward to a bath. There was no stopper or cover to keep the water in the tub. I was told, "shower only". One of the major reasons I selected this room was b/c the bathroom had a nice bathtub. Little did I know I would not be able to use it. We told the office and was told they would get one for the next night. They did not do that. Other than having a comfortable bed, nothing else that is expected such as the above mentioned items, was not there. There was one small soap, no shampoo, 2 washcloths, 2 towels. It could have been a 5 star review if some effort had been put into prepping the room for people to actually stay there. Sadly, that didn't happen."
