From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Champagne, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for an exceptional stay. The accommodations are luxurious, spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. The views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is peaceful, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The level of hospitality was warm, genuine, and consistently outstanding. Breakfast was excellent, the facilities are first-class, and the overall attention to detail is remarkable. It is clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. We travel frequently and have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world. Andronis Arcadia stands among the very best. "Wonderful helpful staff, held our bags until we left for airport so we could explore a few more hours and arranged all our transport. Fantastic location. Pool hours are a bit restrictive opening at 11 and closing at nine 19. Housekeepers started dropping off cleaning supplies over an hour before checkout time which was a bit awkward. Overall a great experience."

"The staff were so helpful and kind. They made our stay so enjoyable. The space is calm, clean and a true getaway. Would absolutely escape to Elea again. We had a room with the private jacuzzi and would absolutely recommend opting for that, it was such a treat every night after long days on the island. The breakfast is outstanding, and on the day we had a very early excursion the staff were able to bring us a light version and fresh coffee so we could start our day fed. The views and pool are breathtaking, the only thing to be mindful of is the big hill to climb if walking to town. But overall 10/10 experience for sure"

"The hotel is in an absolutely perfect central location. Our Caldera View room was truly the highlight of our trip. Waking up, opening the door, and seeing the sea right in front of us with the caldera stretching out to the left was simply priceless. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff, apart from check-in and check-out, but they were extremely kind and helped us carry our luggage all the way to the taxi parking area, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly immersive Santorini experience. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the island’s unique atmosphere and breathtaking views."

"Awesome place to stay! Johnny was very helpful in everything and he went out of his way to receive our lost luggage while we were away on an excursion! Excellent hospitality with an amazing view. Located in the best spot to catch a sunset. Would definitely stay here again"

"This was a pinch-me, I must be dreaming hotel. We had the suite with little pool that overlooked the caldera which gave us the most beautiful experience with the Santorini sunset! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we requested extra towels, or ice when I sprained my ankle. This may have been one of the best and unique hotel experiences I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!"
