"A relaxed and refreshing stay. Just what I needed , for the most part. Only disappointment for me was the lack of Expedia VIP upgrade to a sea view room that I was looking forward to. Also the front desk were not very helpful for a later checkout on the last day given my evening flight departure."

"This hotel located in the center of Athens was wonderful. It is close to anything you’d want to try or shop or eat. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop breakfast area with a delicious breakfast buffet. Also at night they serve drinks up there and you have a spectacular view of the Acropolis. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Even at night, it was actually quiet, which was a bit of a surprise being in such a central area. We even had a balcony we could sit out on. I would definitely go back to this hotel and visit it again. "

"The biggest letdown was the fact that the sauna and swimming pool which were due to be the highlight of our trip given the very high cost relative to other hotels in the area were both out of action and no email or message was sent to me prior to checking in even though I had booked this hotel one week in advance. The hotel receptionist (Manos) promised to escalate my request for partial compensation to the management team and that I would be most definitely contacted by email and/or telephone within a couple of hours informing me whether any compensation might be forthcoming, but I heard absolutely nothing and still haven't two days later. The other aspect which potential customers may find relevant is that it is impossible to open any window because they have a security lock mechanism and the air-conditioning in the room is horrendously weak, taking all night (literally) to get down to the set temperature of 18°C even on full fan. Given the price of the room, irrespective of the location, we feel they have not lived up to the reputation portrayed by many other reviewers."

"The property was perfect for our 1 night stay before leaving Greece. It was within walking distance to multiple restaurants and the staff were very prompt and responsive! Only suggestion I would make would be to offer a blanket. My fiance likes to keep the rooms super cold and having an extra layer to sleep with would have been appreciated. "
