"The location of this property is great for walking to many of the riverfront and historical district locations. The price is great for the location and while I wasn't crazy about the parking fee, the fact that it is in a great location saves you from driving everywhere. And parking fees at other hotels are comparable. The room was clean and the room can be completely blacked out with the pull down shade. Word of caution however, you can hear every step of the guests above you if you're on the 1st and 2nd floors. And you will hear the sounds of downtown though it dies down after 10ish (unless a major event is going on like St. Patty's I'm sure). The good news is they have a sound machine in the roo. That drowns a lot of the noise out and they have ear plugs available at the front desk. They have a hot breakfast but you have to get there early to get anything. Beds were comfy though the pillows weren't great. Not unusual for most hotels though. The area felt safe too."
