"Check in was very friendly. When we got to the room and checked it out, we first notice that the towel folded neatly was dirty. Then we started to check everything else out. The floors were filthy and there were dead bug around the night stand and frig. We did change rooms and it was cleaner but not by much."

"Absolutely love staying here anytime I need a staycation. The rooms are good sized, cleaned and provide a vacation like atmosphere. The staff is always respectful and friendly. The property is immaculate and in my opinion the price is reasonable and you get way more than what you pay for. If you are trying to decide I would recommend Microtel without question!!!!"

"The rooms are dated and in disrepair. The bathtub had peeling slip strips that were sharp and hurt your feet. Rusty water which left stains on washcloth. The wifi/internet kept losing connection. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant, coffee was good."

"Had a terribly rude server (who was also the bartender) for dinner at the bar & grill the first night we were there. Also, could immediately tell that the food was incredibly sub-par, Sysco, shipped in frozen food items. It was terrible. There was a large brown stain on the carpet of the living room area of our unit. Also, having to deal with constant pressure to tip the valet and golf cart driver every time you wanted to leave the resort or when coming back to the resort was rude and absolutely annoying."
