“Lovely staff! The home was cozy and comfortable. Loved our stay there. Thank you!”

“The suite was amazing. Air conditioning worked great and the shower has perfect water pressure. The area is very quiet so was just what we needed for a good night sleep. Breakfast in the morning was incredible. My daughter is Gluten Free and lactose intolerant and the made a special breakfast for her. Highly recommend this place!!”

“I stayed 3 nights at this aptments in Feb 2020. The place of the room was different from I expected. When I registered Douro apartments-rivertop, I expected I could see Louice 1 bridge at home and room will make me feel at home. But when I was led to my room, my room was about 700 meters far from I expected, could not see the bridge, and I did not feel comfortable as room. One day later when I found something was wrong, I asked the staff who led me to the room, he answered they have...

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property. The location was excellent, and both the living room and bedroom were clean and comfortable. The only area that could use some improvement was the bathroom. I noticed some hair stuck to the glass wall of the shower booth upon arrival, and the shower frame showed signs of rust and peeling paint. These were not major issues, but they did make the bathroom feel less well maintained than the rest of the apartment. Other than that,...

“It was a pleasant trip because of Baumhaus serviced apartment. When I visited Porto, I used a transfer service (25 Euro) to the apartment. The house was very clean. My family had an allergy to poorly cleaned bedclothe, but no member had the allergy. We cook various foods using cookers in the room. Nearly all cookers are ready. The place was close to the tourist attraction and metro. We can walk to the various areas on foot, Bus or metro. The only shortcoming was narrow shower booth. ”

“Excellent service by the staff, Ms. Cruz. The manager is very kind, helpful. Although it was very difficult to get to the hotel from the airport, she helped us to catch Uber to get to the train station when we left. ”
