"Wonderful place, gorgeous setting, amazing views. We stayed at the start of the Ibiza season (April) and so it felt as though the island needed to wake up from hibernation. The service in the main restaurant was really not good enough. Had to wait to sit, got incorrect orders more than once. The beach and cove its located in is absolutely beautiful. Hotel itself was ok, clean and comfortable overall. Our sofa was ripped, and would have like AC to work a little better, but other than that it was good. The only trade off to beauty of location is the distance to Ibiza Town and tours. The pillows are terrible. There’s one type of soap in the shower and it’s disgusting so if you do stay here bring soap. They charge so much for the lowest quality service and experience. ALSO! Great stay.
"This is a really big hotel but well staffed so very efficient. Instant check in , good size room and we had no impact from noisy neighbours so slept well in the comfy beds. Breakfast was a busy affair but limitless choice done well and again well managed. The pool is great , the bar and reception areas have a relaxed feel. Good location to stroll to playa en bossa (5mins)and Ibiza town(35 mins) or circa 10euro taxi. All in a great stay. Thank you. "
