Once you make your down payment, the hotel reaches out to let you know they have a 65 euro cleaning fee (and the rooms aren’t very clean), 30-50 euro check in fee depending on the time, towels are 10 euro, AC is 15 euro per day, and there are daily fees that accrue that amount to about 12 euro per day per person. "Lovely hotel and staff. Location was very scenic - you definitely need a car though - good base for exploring Costa Smeralda and surrounding areas. Very quiet with returning guests. Only thing I would say is its all steps depending on where your room is. If you've got dodgy knees forget it. Steps everywhere - and uneven steps at that. But a nice place and great views."
