Overall a positive experience at this hotel. For the price - the amenities and condition of the hotel makes sense. Pros - affordable -free parking spot (one of the only hotels in Portland that offers that) -friendly staff -very spacious Cons - cleaning every 3 days -a bit dingy -loud if you have loud neighbors but the staff does address noise issues quickly

Great stay. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants and bars. The staff are amazing and the suites are newly renovated and very clean. Our only beef was the noise level at night. It's a dog friendly hotel, which is awesome, however we listened to dogs barking and howling most of the night... Ask for a top floor room.

The room was an expected. The location was rougher than anticipated with the homeless but it was ok. The front desk staff was so helpful- Sam gave such great tips for someone who had never been to Portland before.
