We have been staying here for years. Fixtures are getting worn, but it is so inexpensive and convenient to downtown Portland that we don't care. The staff are always friendly. Breakfast is pretty basic hotel fare.

When we arrived and went to the front desk, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was satisfying. Would have liked a few more choices due to a daily allergy but everything else was great.

This was certainly an okay place to stay. We paid the extra $10 for a comfort room with upgraded Furnishings in an updated wing. Even with that the room was just okay. Well it was certainly clean enough the water pressure was terrible toilet filled almost to overflow before Flushing which was a little scary. But for a total of $150 including the parking charge for just an overnight sleep it was worth it as opposed to $250 or $300 elsewhere.
