Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Upon arrival, the property was nothing like the pictures or description. The check-in process was terrible, with the person in charge being unprofessional and rude. The place was filthy, full of spiderwebs, and unsafe due to broken bath tiles. There was no hot water, and the radiators were not working. When I asked for a resolution, I was told these issues had been ongoing for months, even though they knew we would be checking in two months in advance. I requested a refund but only received an email address with no further assistance. We stayed one night out of the three booked and left for a better place the next day. Book this place at your own risk
