Great beach hotel near Porto Cesareo

We had a wonderful stay at the end of May before the busy season picked up! Very friendly staff and nice facilities. The beach club immediately in front is excellent with a very nice restaurant and soft sand beach. Good breakfast too!

Not to excpect from a **** hotel resort!

We will not confirm this as a **** Hotel it has to less service and the overall costs is to high compere to quality. To less information about how things work. English was not well spoken and communication was difficult. When we shold order transport back to brindisi we only got a phonenr. to call. They didn’t even want to call for reservation for us. 25 euro for sunbed and umbrella for Hotel guests is over the top. Beach was fantastic and also city center!

Die Fotos spiegeln in kleinster Weise der Realität. Ein Großteil der Zimmer hat keine Fenster sondern nur die Eingangstüre, die auf einen Gang geht, welcher mit Plexiglas verglast ist. Dreimal stank es aus einem der Abflüsse im Badezimmer nach Kanal, unerträglich. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten. 3 mal Omlette bestellt, 3 mal unterschiedlich: 1. mal: gut 2. mal: Eierschalen (nicht wenige) 3. mal: unten eine Käsescheibe, darauf Eierspeise, darüber zerrissener Schinken Für den Preis müssten die Schirme und Liegen am Strand inklusive sein: sind sie nicht. Je Reihe werden zwischen 50 und 20 Euro fällig. (2 Liegen und 1 Schirm) abgesehen davon, sind diese viel zu eng gestellt. Abgesehen davon ist der Strand schön und sauber. In der Lobby laufen Ameisen umher, und davon nicht zu wenige. Alles zusammen: Finger weg!

Et hotel i enormt dårlig stand. Vi oplevede efter 1. Overnatning aftalen. 1. den private strand er mod ekstra betaling 35 euro pr. dag 2. Defekt pengeskab. 3. Stoppet vask 4. Toilet der løber og larmer hele tiden 5. Ingen varmt vand i bruseren. 6. Ingen vinduer i værelser, kun indgangsdøren hvor der var glas i. Enormt slidt hotel, men med sødt personale som forsøger deres bedste

Prezzo da 4 stelle ma realtà ne vale 3

Aspetti negativi: Assenza di WiFi nonostante ripetute richieste di intervento, interventi che in effetti ci sono anche stati ma senza alcun risultato. Dato che dovevo lavorare, mi sono messa nella hall (dove si sveniva dal caldo perché non c'era l'aria condizionata) e per fortuna mi hanno dato la password del WiFi del loro ufficio, scadente anche quello ma almeno qualcosa sono riuscita a fare. Purtroppo Vodafone non aveva copertura altrimenti avrei tranquillamente lavorato in hotspot con il telefono ma non era proprio possibile. Camera senza finestra ma con la porta di vetro. Doccia in bagno assolutamente improponibile. Il soffione era fisso per cui non c'era modo di evitare il getto (peraltro scarso) dell'acqua che ovviamente all'inizio era gelida. Il bidet era praticamente appoggiato alla parete della doccia rendendo difficilissimo l'uso a chiunque fosse dotato di due gambe :) Aspetti positivi: Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima. Camera accogliente e pulita ma bagno da dimenticare. Inoltre: Spiaggia troppo affollata e decisamente troppo costosa. I 10 mq. previsti dalla legge per ogni ombrellone erano rispettati ma stavamo davvero tutti appiccicati. Però il servizio in spiaggia era ottimo. Mare bruttarello. Completamente scontenti? No. Completamente soddisfatti? Nemmeno. Ci torneremmo? No, e neppure lo consigliamo. Abbiamo speso molto e siamo stati a disagio.

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas du tout ses 4 étoiles Je ne sais pas comment sont les normes en Italie mais il mérite à peine 2 étoiles .. Les chambres sont glauques la salle de douche pour 3 personnes une catastrophe.. Quant au personnel de leur plage j’ai rarement vu plus désagréables ...

Prima hotel, niet heel luxe of modern, maar wel goed. Perfecte locatie tegenover een van de mooiste stranden in Puglia. Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, die je met alles willen helpen. Lekker eten, leuke, vriendelijke bediening. Muziek staat wel een beetje hard in het restaurant. Bij mijn verblijf kreeg ik vouchers voor een ligbed en parasol aan het strand. Dat was top! Een aanrader voor als je een goed hotel zoekt met niet te veel poespas, voor een strandbezoek.

We stayed here early August 2019. We had two rooms, one for myself and wife and the other for our two teenage kids. The hotel is definitely a bit dated. Rooms were dark with not a lot of natural light coming in. And we were a little surprised to find that the main hotel was across the street from the beach, not on the beach. The hotel 'club' is on the beach is a modest snack/bar area. The bar is not well stocked, but it will do on a hot summer day at the beach. The food in the hotel was pretty good. And we found out that you can request a special order meal and they will make just about anything you want. We ordered such a meal and it was fantastic. One of the best we had in Italy. Food in the restaurant was also pretty decent. Good pizza. We were attended to by Simone who took very good care of us - really made us feel comfortable and happy with the stay. Was about a 15-20 minute walk into town. All in all, it was a good, not great place. If they did some renovations, it could be a lot better.

Bathroom layout was poor and very cramped. Thecroim had no windows but otherwise fine. The buffet breakfast was embarrassingly poor and only saved by some great restaurant staff although the staff at the Lido were surely and rude. Porto Cesareo itself was unfriendly , expensive and Chaotic, I’d definitely recommend going elsewhere for a beach holiday.

Visited at end of season so weather was hit and miss but the staff made every effort to make the stay enjoyable-opened the beach bar for us, organised shuttles for trips out and assisted us with organising the spa. Very friendly and a lovely hotel. 20-30 minute walk to any shops or restaurants.
