Perfect place to stay to explore Porto. Staff are excellent and incredibly helpful. Only complaint, and I still give 5 stars, is that it can get loud in the early hours of the weekend if your room faces the street as many people take this route back from the bars/clubs.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable; with a balcony. The hotel is right in city center which makes it convenient to walk around for the sights and dining/bar options. Breakfast was a really nice spread. I would definitely stay here again if i came to Porto.

While the room was OK, it was in the back and just looked into the back of other buildings. Most unpleasant and disappointing. As well, there was a significant step down from the bathroom to the main area that has the potential to be very dangerous, especially if the room is dark. Staff were pleasant!
