Great location. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are big and clean. Staff is kind-hearted. The dining is beautiful with inside and outdoor seating areas. The breakfast was huge with multiple choices, nothing was missing. I would definitely come back to this hotel

Lovely spacious rooms, super comfortable bed and linen. Nice bathroom products. Great to have a bathroom with a bidet too. Although not in the historic centre it was only a 10-15 min Uber ride and they were excellent value. There is a supermarket a 3 min walk if you need anything and a lovely cafe 5 min walk if you don’t want a big breakfast at hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly courteous and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our entire trip. A special mention goes to the restaurant team, who provided the same high level of excellent and professional service. As for the room, it was spacious, beautifully clean, and very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back!

This was the best hotel and staff that we have experienced in Portugal this year. The staff made the stay amazing, the service was 5 star. The rooms were big, clean and lovely. Comfy beds and a nice shower and bathroom. We stayed multiple nights and even went back again on our way to another adventure. The food was wonderful and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. The selections were amazing and lots of fresh fruit. The bar was nice and quiet, watched lots of soccer and had amazing food there as well. My son says the best Caesar salad he’s ever had and the Angus burger is a must. Wonderful service and hospitality.

This is a 1st rate place with a very proffesional staff; moreover, the hotel is in an excellent spot, very centric. The only REAL drawback that I can say is the lack of any proper chinaware in the rooms (paper cups don't cut it for me).

I’m a bit of a hotel snob and was a bit worried about staying here on our 3 night trip to Porto. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I had read the reviews and had it in my mind it was going to be a run down, old hotel - but that wasn’t the case at all. The hotel is old but very well maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing and truly made things seamless during our stay. The valet concierge went above and beyond to make accessing our vehicle simple and quick. Ubers were about $10EU per trip to the city. We are so impressed with our stay, the breakfast and restaurant were great.
