Fantastic hotel. Arrived at 1:45p and our rooms were ready, and Tea was served at 2p with beautiful pastries and an espresso machine. Very nice breakfast all complimentary. We dropped luggage on our last day and we got tea again when we came back! Rooms are simple and beautiful, bathrooms fantastic. Love love love.

A lovely hotel, the room was perfect and clean. Breakfast was superb, a good selection with freshly baked pastries A great location too overlooking the river, and accessible to explore the city or get the tram outside to the beaches. Would recommend to anyone who likes understated chic hotels, without the bling.

Super hotel. Can’t fault. Helpful and attentive staff. Good breakfast provided and the afternoon treats/drinks greatly appreciated after a busy day sightseeing. Central location and easy to access from Sao Bento metro, 5 mins walk approx. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.
