Great location walking distance to all the main sites in Porto. Suitable for us with 2 young kids who slept well on sofa bed. There are outdoor escalators to get up to apartment from river level. Highly recommend the new cultural district attractions in Porto for family day out.

Cute with potential, but not perfect

A nice view from the apartment, which is in a cute neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, The apartment comes with limited supplies. Yes there is a Nespresso coffee maker, but the coffee capsules provided won't get you through day one. There is a dishwaser, but only a single use's detergent; and kitchenware (glasses, cutlery, etc) is lacking. Similarly the owner/management pinches pennies by providing very a limited supply of towels, paper towels, toilet paper and the likes. Only one set of keys is provided (though we could leave it in the lock box outside the apartment when our party split, but that adds is time and hassle). Several dishes were greasy upon check in, with more than one having brownish grease deposits clearly visible to the eye. (Perhaps a result of not providing enough dishwasher detergent?) There were dirty spots on the kitchen backsplash, and obviously under the beds and in other common culprits. When contacted, management was friendly and offered some help - but help was not timely nor complete. The apartment is damp, and steam from the shower doesn't vent very well even when the fan is on. Open windows help, but not ideal in winter. The toilet seat was loose, and the shower backs up even during short showers. Beds were comfy, and the heat worked well. The apartment has tremendous potential if well supplied, cleaned, and maintained. It was a cheap place to stay, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Exellent location with the exception that some divers will not go down the hill to the exact address. The flat was lovely and contained everything needed. Only problem was there was a an extra white dubet in the closet with blood stains on it. Was a little unerving, to say the least. Hosts were quick to respond and gave good details.to enter building and flat. Would recommend except for thenone issue with the blood staumed duvet.

We arrived and there was no water. They’re sent us to another place for the night but we had to leave there before 12. When we went back, there was still no water. We waited until that night before it came on again. So no toilet, drinking water or shower. They were communicative and apologetic, but it wasted a huge about of our short time in Porto. Other than that, the apartment was good, except for a terrible shower.

Todo genial! Amibilidad y servicio 10/10. Única pega.. la ubicación.. no hay nada de tiendas cerca, ni restaurantes, ni panadería.. y está ubicada en una zona que para llegar tienes que subir muchas escaleras, tiene escaleras mecánicas que se apagan a las 21h. Recomendamos, si teneis algún impedimento para andar, ir en uber o similar que són muy económicos.

Bien situado, pero mantenimiento mejorable.

El apartamento es agradable y está muy bien reformado, pero el estado de limpieza y el equipamiento dejan mucho que desear. Les recomiendo imperiosamente que pongan una barandilla en la escalera de acceso, porque hay un hueco bastante inseguro y el personal de limpieza suele dejar las bolsas de ropa sucia y el aspirador por medio. Mi mujer se torció un tobillo el primer día. Menos mal que no somos americanos, de lo contrario habríamos denunciado. No disponíamos de material de limpieza, la ducha no traga y la sartén que en la cocina ya era vieja, cuando mis abuelos se casaron. (Adjunto foto)
