The room was great but the restaurant was horrible. Untrained staff, food sub-par and staff argued when customer complained about tasteless drink. - would not eat there again and makes me consider not staying there. Saving grace was front desk staff and shuttle

Five minute free shuttle to the airport and 10 minute walk from the Metro made this an ideal location for our last night in Portugal.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The main complaint is that there are no shopping or restaurant facilities nearby. The biggest negatives for this hotel is that the restaurant food is poor (I believe the pizza was frozen grocery store variety) and the water temperature of the shower is scalding hot (a way for management to reduce water usage?).

Hotel was easy to find lots of construction going on beside the property of the hotel. Everything was very good except you can’t control the temperature in your room you have to have the front desk change the temperature very inconvenient. Also front desk staff advise we would have breakfast but when we came down in the morning was told my front desk that we did not have it on our reservation. All in all I would stay here again stayed the night before an early flight home.

Good stay that was close to the airport. The shuttle is convenient and picked us up from the airport right by the shuttle area in arrivals. You need to call once you get to the airport and they'll swing by in 10 minutes, a local helped us with this since I had taken my sim out of my phone. Comfy bed and very clean. The shower was kind of awkward since the half frosted glass pane is pretty much completely see through in the bedroom so if you're staying with a friend... they'll need to leave the room when you're showering! I have two suggestions: Have a Whatsapp business chat for guests to message so it's easier to communicate rather than calling. And secondly, provide a kettle in the rooms.

Great hotel close to the sirport
This hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and will pick you up or drop you off. The nicest employees anywhere. The rooms are spacious and look brand new.
