The hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I enjoyed that they have Nespresso available in the room, and the free pastries at lunch is very nice. The location isn’t super close to all the major tourist areas which is actually quite nice. Still things in walking distance, but more local. The staff is extremely friendly.

One of the best gyms in a hotel that I have ever been to. Room was excellent only complaint is that walls are thin and you hear all. Also if you like to leave your patio door open, the hotel cat may come in! Breakfast was minimal but good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Grocery store steps away is handy otherwise need a car or take transit to get around the city.

We had an amazing experience at Bfresh, rooms are nice sized, clean and comfortable, with a small kitchenette and fridge which we find super convenient. The staff are all super friendly and polite and go above and beyond to help. We made full use of the facilities including the gym, padel court and pool! They offer a small breakfast in the morning, but there’s a continente (supermarket) 1 minute walking distance which offers a selection of freshly baked goods. Extra points for Picasso, the friendly neighborhood cat that sometimes wander the hotel and demands cuddles! Picasso is definitely top 5 on this trip 😂. We’ll definitely book again.

Very high level attention to detail in every aspect of the experience from the check in tour, to the amenities offered (breakfast baskets, full and expansive gym, common sitting area, outdoor terrace with pool and paddleball court). Staff are very kind and knowledgeable with excellent recommendations about spots to visit. Don’t miss out on the churrascaria a 2 min walk away, a true hidden gem!

This place is awesome! I cannot recommend enough. It has such a cozy feel outside of the room. The fitness center is top tier and has every thing you need. KB, DB, TRX, cables, lat pull down, even ski machine. If you enjoy working out on vacation, then this is your place. It is hard to get a massage bc only one masseuse, and she books up so if you want a massage, plan in advance. No couples massage either. But, I LOVE this place. I will stay again for sure.

Fun hotel with a padle court in good condition - equipment was included in the cost of hiring the court for 1 hr. Concierges were delightful and knowledgeable. Provided recommendations for a pizza place on the river that was awesome and a visit to the beach to enjoy the outdoor fresh bbq fish locations close to the harbour and the beach promenade.

All was perfect like last time. The only negative point is for the shutter windows that didn’t work and the door lock of the room that was a little bit broken Beside that all was perfect ,the cleanliness was perfect,staff friendly, amenities are better than expected. I recommend!

Don’t go by the first impression, because this place is wonderful. It does not even look like a hotel from the outside, and the lobby is at best uninspiring. But the place beyond that is lovely, along with the staff. Rooms are set uo for longer-term stay so you have a well-appointed kitchen. We had a patio in a come-covered alley. Breakfast one of the best.

Could be more inviting

Our room was excellent but booked a room with a balcony and I certainly wouldn't describe what we had as being a balcony. There was a very small outside space which looked tired and right next to access path. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was not inviting as tiles missing from sides and a long walk from patio area. The patio area itself is in need of repairs with broken decking and adjustments needed. Disappointed that drinks or snacks were from vending machines.

Das Frühstück war mau, es gab eine Wurst- und eine Käsesorte zur Auswahl. Jedoch war eine Scheibe auf Viertel zugeschnitten. Somit hat man eigentlich bei zwei Scheiben den ganzen Teller mit Aufschnitt leer geräumt. Man musste das Personal ständig darauf hinweisen, dass etwas leer ist, falls es überhaupt greifbar war. und darin sehe ich eigentlich auch das größte Problem, der Kaffee beim Frühstück war gratis, musste aber beim Personal geordert werden. Dieses war mal ne Viertelstunde zu Beginn des Frühstücks nicht da und auch mal 20 Minuten nicht und das finde ich unangebracht. Am Ende möchte ein Gast für einen im Frühstück inkludiert Kaffee nicht extra lange warten müssen. Saft wurde uns auch nur am ersten Tag angeboten, danach gar nicht mehr und auch auf Anfrage nicht vorhanden. Geschirr steht auf der Theke während das Personal selbst im Hintergrund frühstückt und sich die best belegten Brötchen macht, während es für den Gast nicht mal Gemüse gibt. Somit war er relativ schwer nachzuvollziehen, was genau sie machen und wofür sie da sind. Die Zimmer würde ich als sauber bezeichnen. Jedoch schade, dass bei so einem gut eingerichteten Zimmer dann die Klopapierstange und auch die Stange der Klobürste am rosten sind.Deutet auf zu aggressive Reinigungsmittel hin. Der Citrus-Geruch in den Gängen, etwas penetrant, aber trotzdem erfrischend. Die Anlage um den Pool sah sauber aus, jedoch war es zu kalt, um ihn zu nutzen. Andere Dinge etwas lieblos, nasse Kissen im Loungebereich…

PONTOS POSITIVOS: Hotel novo e com infraestrutura diferenciada. Tem estacionamento próprio no local. Meninas queridas e prestativas na recepção. Pontos NEGATIVOS : *CHECKOUT AS 11 da manhã. um hotel 4 estrelas que não se dispõem a fazer um omelete ao hóspede no pequeno almoço acho absurdo. Não tem café livre , toda vez tem que solicitar uma xícara de café ao colaborador. Piso da casa de banho é mole, tem algum tipo de cobertura que dá instabilidade e anti higiênico.
