Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
SCAM!!! Do not book here. The hostel is closed. I booked weeks in advance. Upon arrival there were no staff to check you in and the doors are locked. Forcing you to stay outside even after payments. There are two addresses listed, and photos of two different buildings. The school that is located at one of the listed addresses has no idea they're listed as a hostel on Expedia. And the other location where the hostel is actually located is completely closed and shut down. I waited for 2 days trying to get to the bed I paid for... nothing. Locals seen my frustrations and notified me that the hostel has been closed for a long time. No phone numbers get response. I urge anyone visiting porto to book elsewhere to avoid the headache incurred. Expedia has brought to my attention that a refund is likely not possible even though the hostel is closed.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pas de personnel sur place. Le code de la boîte à clé n'était pas le bon. La chambre n'était pas faite à notre arrivée. Selon les indications du site, la chambre disposait d'une salle de bain privée, or elle était commune et sale. Toilettes sur le palier. La cloison avec la chambre voisine est en "carton", montée devant une fenêtre qui devient donc commune entre les 2 chambres... Le seul point positif : très très bien situé ! Et heureusement pas chère.
