Perfect location for a break in Porto. Very close to Sao Bento station & the city centre.
Rooms were very clean & a good size. Excellent choice of breakfast . Staff very helpful & knowledgeable .
Only downside was the absence of a room safe.
The property feels well kept and it basically feels like a Boutique hotel with very sparse services.
It is centrally located, intimate and the staff is lovely.
The A/C works very well and the soaps etc provided are lovely .
This is by far the best hotel in our trip! Well done ! Bed was comfortable, room view was beautiful, amenities were perfect, staff were helpful and comes with breakfast!! Can’t beat that.
Loved the location...and staff was good & helpful. They have a great breakfast spread - but due to our prearranged tours that starting early, we opted for "take away" breakfast which was a bit disappointing. Rooms are nice & spacious, and comfortable...back access is easier than the front 3rd floor access - especially when traveling with luggage from train station, but we didn't know of the back access until after check in
This is a great place, most comfortable bed and pillows were great. Very pretty and clean. Friendly staff. If I ever come back to Porto I will stay here again.
Place was nice, clean, spacious for a double room, and pretty views! Manager was helpful and kind, Breakfast was pretty good too. Liked how it came with bathrobes and slippers!
I had a great stay at the hotel! The hotel is very clean, quiet and relaxing. There are very limited amenities at the hotel so it is a fantastic option if you're exploring a lot, but still looking for somewhere comfortable and clean to relax. The staff is very kind and accommodating.
The staff was so kind, helpful and outgoing. Gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for getting around Porto and the Duoro Valley. Truly genuine and went out of their way to make our stay lovely. Also, breakfast was excellent!
Liked the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast choice was great!
I didn’t like how the front door of the hotel main entrance opened… we hurt our fingers several times when opening it ! There was also a bad smell at certain times of the day in the hallway, especially near the laundry/breakfast area ( looked like a sewage smell)
For sure the best thing about Mila Porto is its location. You could not want for a closer hotel to Sao Bento train station and the centre of town. Walking distance to the bridge across to Gaia and to City Hall. However, note that the street that Mila Porto is on is quite steep so if you have luggage, bear that in mind. The main downside to Mila Porto is that the rooms are very very small. The staff were helpful and they put on a decent breakfast buffet. There's a really nice local restaurant on the same road and a very nice Pastel de Nata shop too.
Very convenient location and the staff were extremely friendly. They gave us great recommendations for dinner. Our room was very clean and included a coffee pot, bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast included the traditional assortment of meats, cheeses, pastries as well as hot foods. I highly recommend checking out the Milo if you are in Porto!

For tourists, the location can't be much better. It's a short walk to Bathlo square and Sao Bento rail station. If you don't have a lot of luggage, it's very doable. The station is close but you rarely hear any noise.
The facility was sold recently. It looks like the new owners will do an upgrade, Currently there's no floor covering or ceiling tile or panels. The AC is cold and the shower has lots of hot water. Breakfast is included and offers enough variety so you aren't immediately bored.
There's NO laundry whatsoever. There’s a fine option. Marlin Wash, 10 minutes away. There's expresso and tea makers in the room which is rare.
The rooms are VERY small and there’s no closet. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. The small "stocked" fridge is pay as you go. Water is replaced daily at no charge. There's no desks or "table" space at all, So no computer desk. Also no safe in the room. I was told they are coming. Like many European hotels there’s no wash cloths or Kleenex. So be prepared. The staff is helpful with recommendations.
One of the best places for the Portugese special pastry, Nata, is just down the street, Nata Sweet Nata. The $19 Euro breakfast for two includes them. You can buy more separately. Ask them to warm them up and get some cinnamon, delicious.
The two Hop On Hop Off bus tour companies both have their main pickup point within a 10 minute walk.
As long as you aren't looking for the Ritz Carlton, The Mila Porto may serve you well.
Clean, comfortable bed, good ac, very quiet.
Staff very helpful, easy check in and out.
Great location to train station and central area of city.
Would definitely recommend or stay here again
Hotel is new. Room was immaculate and comfortable but lacked drawers to keep bits, just has hanging space.
Breakfast was continental and had a good variety, the coffee machine was so slow and only gave you half a cup!!!
Reception is not 24 hours and you are given a swipe card for front and back door.
The hotel is in a convenient location to explore Porto.
