I had broken my shoulder falling in the airport before arriving in Porto. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. They literally went above and beyond, trying to help out with anything that they could. The hotel is beautiful. The view from our Terrace is stunning. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is on the opposite side of the river to the town. But that’s not a problem because you get wonderful views. And easy transport via Uber or short walk to the tram. Breakfast was excellent and the main bar was good with fair prices and Anna was so friendly . Wonderful indoor pool No big negatives

This is an awesome property. A resort really in a city environment. The breakfast was outstanding with inconsistent staff efficiency. Two days great one day not so great. It does not make sense for a gorgeous infinity edge pool to be frigid cold - I estimate the temp was 20-23C when the temp outside was 27C.

We loved staying at the Yeatman . The buffet breakfast was excellent , with a lovely array of options . The pool is lovely especially after a big day of walking. The Yeatman is on the other side of the river so walking is further into town however they have lovely restaurants if you can’t be bothered .

Definitely a five star hotel. They have everything you would need for a perfect day. The staff was super helpful. There was a winery right next-door. There were nice restaurants everywhere. There were gondolas that were cool. This hotel is on the top of the hill so get your walking shoes on and let’s go. Porto is a good size town with lots to do. Wine tasting is amazing. Food was great.The Gastronomic Restaurant was amazing,a must but get your wallet out
