"Best location in Porto. The exits on the top and bottom of the hotel give you direct access to both levels of the bridge giving excellent access to the river walk or town without all the climbing. Very pleasant staff, great restaurants and bars. Lots of secret little places to sit with stunning views. House keeping shorted us towels and coffee the final day but everything else was so stellar, who cares. "

"Room was great! River view is so nice. When I arrived at the hotel I did not feel greeted as a new guest and that was off putting. The rest of the stay and rest of staff I interacted with were great. Rooftop bar was wonderful "
