2/10 - 너무 별로예요

Our room had a big problem with the smell of sewage coming on the bathroom at the first night, making it very unpleasant to shower or even to sleep (bedroom right next to bathroom).
We contacted reception the next morning and were told dismissively by the owner that someone would check the issue after we went out to the beach.
When we came back, nothing changed (the smell was still terrible) and we had no message from the hotel. Asking again the reception, we were told that nothing could be done. We only got the change to another room after a lot of insistence with the kind employee of the night turn, which has to convince the owners to do the change (originally they didn't want to neither change or reimbursement the booking).
Very disappointing experience!
