We stayed for one night with a friend for a concert and I wish we stayed longer. Would definitely book again with my family. Easy check in/check out. The staff were so kind. The property was clean, quiet, the roon was adorable and uou are a block from everything!! Great place!

The room was very clean and quiet. The man at the front desk very pleasant and helpful. Parking was perfect you could park within steps to your door and if you got there early your could park there and go to the beach until check in time. I will definately be back .

A cute beach hotel with clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. The hotel was within a couple of blocks of the boardwalk and many restaurants. Perfect for visit to Hampton Beach.

So the outside needs some work so don't judge this book by its cover. Our room was very nice. Comfy beds, a mini fridge, kurig, a microwave, a table for two to sit and eat at, and a big TV. Everything was clean and the room itself was spacious. The bathroom was small but updated and clean. I've stayed at a few of the motels in this area but I will be coming back to this one going forward!

Have stayed here many times over the last few years and been very comfortable Always clean rooms and friendly staff. In the past we’ve always had a room on the second floor, which I highly recommend ! this trip We had a room on the first floor near the staircase all night we could hear people coming up and down also the room above us actually had our bed shaking. So the only thing I would say is get a room on the second floor also the air conditioner kept making a loud noise periodically and I had a very hard time sleeping
