“It was a quick trip and only needed a place to stay for 1 night and it did the trick. Front desk super friendly. We did not use the amenities but the pool looked nice. The room was clean. In order to get to the back of one of the buildings that our room was in you had to walk through this hallway which was very hot and didn’t look well maintained but that’s pretty much rhetorical only negative.”

“Unique and "classic" beach community vibe, not in the "luxe" category by any means but a fun place and very convenient for all the fun of Hampton Beach. The place works great for us and for most (but not all) people. In our case each year we're not looking for the Ritz but instead an easy and hassle-free way to get to the beach and enjoy Hampton's restaurants, music, and activities.”
