"Check in was fast and easy, the pool looked nice but not very clean, rooms were very good size and it was pleasantly quiet at night!! Easy to walk to the main strip. The hot and cold water knobs were reversed in the sink which is in the room and not the bathroom. We'd return again bc the price was very good for a large comfortable and clean room "

"Super clean, perfect view over balcony and boardwalk. This hotel is right in the middle of everything which is perfect. Parking is a little inconvenient as it is a block or two away from the hotel, but everything else makes up for it. As far as hotel breakfast there is not much at all. I definitely recommend going to McGuirks"

"We were pleased with our stay overall. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room was serviced daily. The room was large and cozy. It was also well insulated so noise from other guests and outside was not an issue. The only issues we had were that you get 2 metal keys for your room at check in, only 1 worked. The other was not even close to the same cut. I brought it back but they had no other key to offer, so only 1 room key for 4 of us. The other issue was parking. The room...

"We were very happy with our stay. Loved being directly across from the beach and absolutely loved the view from our balcony on the 3rd floor. The owners were incredibly kind and thoughtful. The owner surprised us with fresh scones for breakfast one morning and her son carried our bags up to our room on arrival. The room was a little tight for our family of four and the beds were a little too firm but otherwise it was perfect. We plan to visit again soon. "

"It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled.
