"It was fine, nothing special or terrible. We never received the check-in email, but luckily someone was onsite to let us in. That was literally our only interaction with staff. Walk across the bridge to get into town, and if traveling with kids, there is a cute little park with exact (but scaled for kids) replicas of many of Portugal's (and it's current and former colonies) most famous sites, almost across the street. "Needed an airport hotel and this was great. Enough room. Shower was nice. Check in was easy. The only issue was getting a taxi or Uber, no one could find the place so it took 20 mins to get a Bolt and then the next driver tried to drop us off in the back of the building and we had to walk around. It’s just not a flashy building which we liked."
