“This is a great property on Ischia. The view is amazing! Staff was friendly and would shuttle us to the bus stop and other locations. Nice pool and great spa to utilize. The location is on the opposite side from main port, so you need to be aware of getting places.”

Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. “This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to port, shops, restaurants, buses etc. Lots to see and do in the area. Hotel needs major upgrades, and regular cleaning. Another couple was also talking about how dirty the pool area was - from mold at the pool edges, hair clumps in and around the pool - it was not clean. Rooms were noisy with people throughout the night and day in the halls. Some tile patching was done in the bathrooms, but there was also holes still in the walls and a stain...

“Our stay at Neptunus was excellent! The exterior lounge pool and green area of the property with the beautiful view of the sea, hills and sunset are one of the high points! We loved having drinks late afternoon and the lunch/dinner food was very good. The hotel is very close to Saint Angelo and to some nice beaches. And 20min from Aragonese castle. Overall a great experience for me and my spouse!”

“Lovely hotel, an easy walk to most places, with friendly staff. Clean room, with fresh towels each day, there were ants but the staff were quick to deal with them. Nice pool area, drinks were a little expensive compared to most other places on the island but a good size and the food was really good - the lemon pesto pasta with muscles and gnocchi in particular! Breakfast was basic but good, I would recommend staying here. ”
