"O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa e atendentes muito simpáticos, mas falta se organizarem para receber os hóspedes. No dia que chegamos não estavam preparados, sendo que reservamos com muita antecedência, não tinha opções de bebidas, a piscina aquecida não estava ligada, não tinha sobremesa. Acabou ..."

Uma Estadia Normal , porém decepcionante !
"Já fiquei 02 outras vezes no Serra Verde , mas desta vez, não dei sorte com meu quarto que estava horrível, luzes queimadas,Chuveiro com pouca vasão de água, foi um banho de goteira,chão do quarto muito desgastado dando péssima impressão de sujeira, enfim o quarto 113 que tentei trocar na recepção ..."
